invalid channel list SAMSUNG UE55JU6450UXZG #35
Comments
Hello Frank, Regards |
Hello Achim-Chansort, I have a very similar issue (or the same) with my Samsung UE50JU6850 with Firmware 1460. I can export and import the programlist on a FAT32 or NTFS stick without any issues. If I modifiy the list with "ChanSort v2016-08-10", then it can't be read back; no channels are found. Attached is the original file In the meantime I will try some other (not so easy-to-use) tools to get an idea what the reason could be. Regards |
Hello Achim-Chansort, I think, I made a mistake while editing the channels. There are 2 tabs: "astra_192e" and "dvbs". On the TV I can see only the "dvbs" channels. From the time before using 3 satellites (Astra1, Hotbird and Astra2) I had a saved channel-list for astra_192e, this list I used for "Apply order from a reference list". Every things looked fine. Then I figured out this evening, that my "dvbs" list is really empty ! Can you give me a hint, how to apply the channel order from astra_192e for dbvs? Regards |
Hello Achim-Chansort, I'm done. Your software works fine! Thanks, |
Hello, Thanks, |

@RudolfWa did you format the USB stick with FAT32? |
In my case (UE50JU6850) the file system was definitely not the issue. It worked absolutely the same for FAT32 or NTFS, maybe other TVs behave different. My issue was that the dvbs list was really empty. I only had channels in the astra_192e list. When I put channels in the dvbs list, everthing worked fine. |
Hello,
for me chansort does not produce a useable zip file. Whenever I try to upload the zip I produced with chansort I get the message that it is not a valid channel list.
I have seen that someone stated that on the tv has to be a fresh unchanged list befor exporting and importing via usb - so what I did was:
Any hints welcome!
Regards,
Frank
