  • add glob tool
  • add concat tool
  • add tools for writing, deleting, and concatenating files only into a designated scratchpad directory
  • better interrupt handling
  • better formatting for tools with no args
  • better instructions for assistants, including cwd
  • add CLI command for clearing a run that errored
