Modify default Carrier name and Transit time of de Pick up in-store Carrier

Specs

Currently, when setting up a PrestaShop website, a "Pick up in-store" carrier already exists.
Its default name is the name of the shop i.e: "Prestashop", and the default transit time is "Pick up in-store".

Pick up in-store is not a valid Transit time and the name of the shop is not always pertinent as a carrier name.
In order to improve that we want to modify the default Name and Transit time.

Solution

New default Carrier name: "Pick up in-store"
New default Transit time: "Same day"

These two texts should be translated.
