Problem with some languages in BO on develop

Describe the bug

when I change my default language BO to Čeština (Czech), Arabic or Polski (Polish) on branch develop. The BO remains in English language.

Expected behavior

all BO translated by the choosen language

Steps to Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. BO>IMPROVE>International>Localization
2. In the Import a localization pack block, choose Čeština (Czech) or Polski (Polish) as Localization pack you want to import
3. Click on Import button
4. Go to Your profile
5. Choose Čeština (Czech) or or Polski (Polish) as Language
6. Save
7. See error => everything in English

Well, after updating twice the language, it works 😅
I will say that this issue is related to Performance, cause with 1.7.7.1, I have never use this functionality BO>International>Localization>Translations>update a language

Ping @PrestaShop/prestashop-core-developers it's your call 😅 close it or change the label to To Do
