No translation on Theme & Logo page in BO

Prerequisites

• I have already searched in existing issues and found no previous report of this bug.

Describe the bug and add attachments

1. The translation is not loading on the page Theme & Logo -> Choose layouts in BO.
   The problem is observed in the Ukrainian translation. The problematic strings have been translated.

2. No translation strings on the page Theme & Logo for tabs Pages Configuration and Advanced Customization.

Expected behavior

1. The translation strings in Crowdin... they must be replaced.
2. Need to add new lines for translation in Crowdin.

Steps to reproduce

1. BO
2. Theme & Logo
3. Choose layouts

1.7.8.8 and 8.0.0

7.4.33

In my opinion, these are not related issues.

Translation in .xlf files but not displayed in BO. Other translations work well.

It is impossible to translate. There are no phrases in Crowdin and .xlf files.

I reproduced the issue with PrestaShop version 8.0.0, 8.1.0, I'll add this to the backlog so it can be fixed.
