[3.x] Set RIJNDAEL keys when mcrypt is available #92

This PR is a backport of #88 for module compatible with old versions of PrestaShop

Starting with PS 1.6.1.20, mcrypt is mandatory. The related keys are also needed in the settings file if the merchants wants to keep its shop accessible.
This PR adds the key generation during the upgrade to another 1.6 version.
