Mostly CSS refactor, JS cleanup and template cleanup.
Functionality of having
blockcartblock in right column has been remove, due to diffuculties adapting it.We can still revert though. Any stlill have it in right column? I checkd PrestaShop code and there was no setting to move it to right column, unless you do it yourself by changing hooks
