Nimble v3 - Aroma setup module

This release drops Tiramisu support and moves away from general network patches. This is now an Aroma setup module for patching only the BOSS policy list

Officially moved to Tiramisu only. Dropped support for legacy homebrew environments

NOTE: This will NOT affect WaraWara Plaza for Aroma users! It will just cause conflicts

What's new

• Nimble now incorporates Inkay patches and supports in-game patches (To fix RCEs, redirect NAT servers etc..)

Experimental but stable

Please do not use heavy memory usage homebrew like retro-arch or WUPS, SDCafiine and TCPGecko should be fine though.

Only supports 5.5.0+ firmwares
