I've made some complementations in the Mosaic Crystal Model. I added an "mosaic_absorption" parameter to the class "InteractMosaicCrystal" to simulate the absorption processes on the mosaic iteration layers. I've also added an "example_03.py" to demonstrate the usage of the absorption model.
I've also sent you an email with a document attached, where I made some detailed explanations for the modifications. I remain at your disposal for any further discussions.
