This printer has been nothing but issues from day 1. Now a year later and 0 successful prints I am giving my final attempt before trashing it. I have 3 other CR-15 and have no issues with them. The Promega Compound though I can't even get through the setup. I get as far as the Z-probe. I follow the instructions when I engage it and send the G30 command the bed move up until the switch is triggered then the bed crashes to the base and the web interface loses connection for about 15-20 seconds before it comes back up. I have replaced the z-probe with a part I just purchased from M3D and still the same behavior. I have a video of the steps and how the printer crashes. M3d Promega.zip

Why are you not runing the macros provided for setup (Macros/Printer Setup/_1_Calibrate_Z_Probe.g)? There is 25 commands before the G30 that get everything setup for finding the extruder height up from Z-Max and then Deploying the probe... Once you run all 3 macros in there you will be able to at lease print something. Without running them you will never have the proper Z height values in the configuration files.
