UWP Support

The UWP Platform presents several challenges for the Prism Team. Following the initial Prism 7 preview for UWP it has become clear that the initial approach we adopted from Template 10 was not going to be beneficial for Prism users and ultimately require a full rewrite. The Prism team has decided to officially abandon the current efforts on UWP while we work to assess what if any path forward we should choose. During this time we will be working with the UWP team to further discuss blockers and concerns that the Prism team has with the UWP API's.
