Bug: FLIR Deployment Failure

Bug Report

Description:

FLIR Deployment fails when hitting the "Deploy FLIR" key on the MFD. No countdown displays on the top line of the FLIR page status box and camera does not deploy.>

Expected Behavior

FLIR deployment countdown should display and FLIR camera should function once complete

Steps to Reproduce the Issue

1. Get Aircraft on AC power
2. Navigate to FLIR page
3. Press Deploy FLIR
4. Observe countdown doesn't display

Suspected conflict with CTAB mod which also causes issues with JVMF updates.
