I think before I can accept that PR it would need to be discussed with the Labs WG who is currently in charge of the System taxonomy. It has been a little slow with the summer, but we meet every two weeks at Thu 3pm ET. Can you join that WG and we can discuss next time we meet (supposedly on July 6, but that probably won't happen with summer holidays)
