[SPELL/WARRIOR/TALENT] Second Wind

Current behaviour:

Second Wind is not working. You never get the buff.

Expected behaviour:

When going lower than 35% hp, you should get the Second Wind buff, healing you 3% of your hp every second.

Steps to reproduce the problem:

1. Make a warrior
2. Take talent Second Wind > get below 35% hp > see that you do not get the Second Wind buff.
