Fixed spinner 9 patches to remove red lines that cause it to crash on Android 4.0.3, API level 15

Hello Sergey,

I found this problem via a user report of the app failing on Kindle Fire HD second generation. I was able to confirm it on my local environment:
Fatal signal 11 (SIGSEGV) at 0x00000001 (code=1)
Finally I found this post that suggested the problem could be related to 9 patches:

I went ahead and fixed in in my local and it seems to work. Hope this helps someone.

Gradle plugin 0.9.2

Aapt-based PNG processor is now default again while we investigate some issues with the old one.

I think in new versions of plugin we can keep optical bounds.
