This PR updates the
psrfitsclass to allow us to save our simulated data in a template PSRFITS file with any number of phase bins, subintegrations, frequency channels, and polarizations. This greatly generalizes thepsrfitsclass and makes it significantly more useful for saving simulated data. It also includes a new tutorial notebook on using thepsrfitsclass and saving the simulated data with it.
