dcd server not shutting down after closing vscode #456

After closing vscode the dcd-server.exe is still multiple times open in the background.
It's not possible to make changes like delete files, etc. in the last opened workspace folder.

This actually seems to cause issues when i try to debug ("Already running dcd on port")
