Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Now that we have a Discord channel setup for Bandit, we should provide a link to it in our documentation. A badge might be a nice way to do it.

This change adds a Discord link to our docs in the contributing
section so users know where they can reach out for questions
and discussion.
