edited

in view of the high levelised costs of hydrogen (LCOH) seen in recent auctions, we decided to raise the electrolyser costs higher than DEA. Based on:

Suggest a path in EUR_2020/kW_el for installed cost:

2020: 2000
2025: 2000
2030: 1500
2040: 1200
2050: 1000
