Add /pm or /dm to chat privately

Hi,

it would be nice to have a /dm login:str and/or /pm login:str command in order to chat privately on a public server.

By privately, I mean that only the sender and recipient could see the message (and the server owner, of course, through the logs).

@jirislav Hi, Thank for the suggestion. I honestly don't see this being used so much anymore as most people have Discord and Discord servers and use this for private communication. However I did put this on the list, just with a low prio.
