  • SPI listens on Port L

  • UPI initiates the full-duplex control connection

  • UPI requests to close connection

  • SPI close connection

  • User-DTP listens on the specified data port

  • Server initiates the data connection from his own default data port

  • Data connection shall be closed by the server
