Adding Unofficial Deform Demo to facilitate submitting of new forms and custom widgets with no test.

Official Deform Demo still can be accessed through:
http://domain_name:8522

Unofficial Deform Demo can be accessed:
http://domain_name:8522/unofficial-deformdemo

@stevepiercy tried your suggestion but realized adding a new package that completely replicate official Deform Demo would make transition from unofficial to official much easier.

This is great! Thank you for doing this. I did some minor housecleaning, including add a link between the un/official demos.

I notice that static routes all point to deform instead of a new static route for unofficial-deformdemo. That's good to reuse existing deform static assets. However unofficial widgets that have additional static assets should go into the unofficial-deformdemo directory. That should be trivial to add when the flood of new Deform widgets comes through. 😉
