Getting Started with the code
-----------------------------

1) Check it out from bitbucket (assumed you've already done it)
2) Run develop to load up dependencies:
   python setup.py develop
3) Get and install CouchDB
4) Create a CouchDB database called kai
   (This can be done via the web UI at http://127.0.0.1:5984/_utils/)
5) Restore the db dump in Kai:
   cat kai.db | couchdb-load http://127.0.0.1:5984/kai
6) Setup the translation catalogs:
   python setup.py extract_messages
   python setup.py compile_catalog
6) Run the Kai project:
   paster serve --reload development.ini
