request scheme support + updated bootstrap from 3.1.0 to 3.1.1

somehow my feature files snuck into the update commit.

1. I updated the bootstrap files to 3.1.1; they were 3.1.0 -- but some of the files didn't match the official releases (i checked filesize and md5). 3.1.1 is a maintenance release, so there should be no issues. This seems to fix some random UI things.
2. I extended the sidebar to show a "lock" if the request.scheme is "https". This was driving me crazy, because I couldn't tell which requests were https and which were http.
