Release v0.9.5rc2

• Added first time tutorial (only displayed when you first start the game)
• Added optional button tooltips
• Added second option page where you can:
  • Toggle button tooltips
  • Toggle music caching (caching will consume some disk space but greatly decrease load times)
  • Toggle cheats
  • Toggle fantasy intro and intro (for later, currently disabled)
• Fixed a huge amount of bugs, too much to list them all
