Currently, we only export to German .xtf

Waiting for claeis/ili2db#405 to implement this

Issues on ili2db are fixed now with since 4.8.0 - so this feature can be implemented.

see Wie übersetze ich eine INTERLIS Transferdatei in eine andere Sprache? for post (export) or pre-process (import) and xtf2xtf translation with ili2pg German - French or vice-versa.

This can be done also manually following the instructions in the blog post.
