Spigot and modded hybrids might not likely work and will receive no support. If you're still using spigot, it is HIGHLY recommend you upgrade to Paper
How does it work? Just like when a player his someone shielding with an axe, if they're hit by an arrow, their shield gets disabled for 5 seconds
