refactor: use logger module #277

Description

Replaces calls to legacy qb-log with logger module. Utilizes GetInvokingResource() to help identify the calling resource for logs.

I have personally loaded this code into an updated Qbox project and checked all of its functionality.
My code fits the style guidelines.
My PR fits the contribution guidelines.
