current page anchor link not working

## Test

[abc link](#abc)

### abc

page markdown file is located at project:

docs/zh-cn/configuration/output-plugins/Test.md

When I test this in localhost:3000

[abc link](#abc) will generate link: http://localhost:3000/#/?id=abc

### abc will generate link: http://localhost:3000/#/zh-cn/configuration/output-plugins/Test?id=abc

These two links are supposed to be the same, the first link was broken.
