Summary

Drop Python 3.6 support since it's reaching end of life in Dec 2021.

Fwiw, Terra is still supporting python 3.6 until it's upcoming 0.19 release which will be the last one with 3.6 support. As soon as 0.19.0 is released 3.6 will be dropped from main for the 0.20.0 release.
