API docstring does not rendered section titles correctly

The PR Qiskit/qiskit#9698 adds a section to the API docs. In particular, to a method. However, the title of the section does not get proper style:

This problem seems similar to #45 that @karlaspuldaro solved in #146 . It even has the element that works correctly when applied to sphinx_guide/ .

I just tried reproducing this locally and the headings seem to be highlighted correctly, also checked the latest terra docs and I don't see any instances of the Example headings not rendering properly, so I think we can close this issue.
