Change the setup for the test application, borrowing the skeleton from the CakePHP CakeAdmin plugin: https://github.com/cakemanager/cakephp-cakeadmin Changes: * Removed the tests/test_app folder * Changed the tests/bootstrap.php file * Added simple test App with Users controller and fixture, layouts.
