Goal:
Support VM deployment from template as part of an App. The templates list should be loaded as part of the vCenter autoload.
It should be possible to power a VM on and off and get its IP.
Regarding connectivity, we should support automatic selection of first available vNIC, manual selection of vNIC, connectivity to multiple VLANs in parallel and selection of VLAN from a pool.
