Bump Ibis to use Omniscidb 5.3 #135

In the rbc examples we’re using ibis.sql which is only supported in omniscidb 5.2. Updating ibis to omniscidb 5.3 is blocked because ibis is currently pinning pymapd=0.23 due to conda solve issues (ibis-project/ibis#2256).

pymapd=0.24.1 has been released. I believe we are now waiting on jclay to get back to that PR and resolve the conda solve issues.

In the meantime, the omnisci-examples repo will pin to omniscidb 5.2
