Add algorithm status statistic

Description

• Add algorithm status statistics in the regression tests
• Update RegressionTestMessageHandler.cs and RegressionTests.cs to take into consideration this new statistic

With these changes we will be able to assert the final algorithm status for each regression algorithm

How Has This Been Tested?

I ran the regression tests asserting the final algorithm status was the same described in the algorithm statistics and all the tests passed
