QTES code from January of 2017 implemented for mpif90 These are fortran codes and input files for the QTES-DFTB code WITHOUT DFTB library To compile execute 'make'; a precompiled dftb library is assumed to be at ./dftb/dftb.a Also will need skf (or spl) files defining DFTB interactions
