Usage:
rqiner-x86-cuda -i <payout-id> -l <label> -r <whitespace-seperated-gpu-ids>

Example:

rqiner-x86-cuda -i TESTEKNDEVBSRGZTRNLWROSEKLSAKYSJOALEZZLFCECPWHDBXRTDFTQDEOPH -l test -r 0 3 5 <- will ignore GPU 0, 3 and 5
