In game mod config fields don't allow alt-codes to be input and whenever symbol is pasted into in game config or config file and saved, website doesn't display special characters.

Eg.
# modlister.config.prop.packComments.comment [default: ]
S:packComments=Making engineering more… TerraFirma
displays as:

Making engineering more� TerraFirma
