EPIC: #1429

Functional:

  1. On user settings page /user add a button (displayed only for non paying users) which allows to subscribe to Quivr Plus (design below)
  2. On click on the button, a modal containing Quivr princing table (Stripe embed) should be displayed (as in [Monetisation] 1.a AAU, I can see a button “upgrade to plus” on sidebar when I am not paying for Quivr plus #1430)

# Description

Epic: #1429
User Story: #1431

- Add an upgrade button in user settings.
- Remove hover links on sidebar buttons (otherwise the link could
partially hide the button)
