QupZilla 2.2.5 on openSUSE Tumbleweed 20180213

When using the built-in master password-encrypted password backend, QupZilla asks for the master password on sites with a saved login.

If you cancel this dialog because you don't want to log in to a site at the moment, you have to hit "Cancel" twice before it goes away. It should probably disappear after the first time.

That's a problem that comes from #2479

You can disable automatic autofill in preferences and only manually insert the login/password on sites that you want. This way you will not be asked for password until you really want to autofill saved credentials.
