Unreplaceable client side sounds

This is aimed to mappers which needs to know which resources aren't replaceable by any means via global replacement lists or Angelscript scripts (except if it is a weapon script or custom entity).
Some sounds are shared with other entities that can be replaceable, so this list will contain which types aren't replaceable.
Note: this doesn't include sound events from models yet!
