a t flipflop block using the block to the left as an input and the block to the right as an output
for every electric pulse on the input it will change the flipflop blocks power state, if the block is turned on it will output a single pulse from the output, then the next time an electric pulse comes through the input it will turn off.
you can use this to slow down the speed of a battery because every two pulses inputted one pulse is outtputed.
