Warnings, Errors in doc build of -4.2.1

Without installing the packages n3_pygments_lexer and sparql_pygments_lexer that have no release, the doc build yielded 59 warnings.

After installing these packages n3_pygments_lexer and sparql_pygments_lexer, the doc build yielded 52 warnings.

Also, the doc build uses the examples folder which is at the same level as the docs folder. The build expects the examples folder to be within the docs folder.

can you post the command line you used to build the docs?

as I usually do

You have to install sphinx and build with python setup.py build_sphinx
