cpu/samd21: update doc.txt with supported MCUs #15862

Contribution description

SAMD10, SAMD20, SAMD21, SAMR21 all belong to the same family/generation of Atmel MCUs, they are all supported by cpu/samd21.

Maybe (but independently of this PR) we could rename 'cpu/samd21'
