Contribution description
I added myself to the subsystems I feel responsible for, as well as to C++. I'm not really a C++ developer or advocate, but I strongly believe that better C++ APIs that do take advantage of modern C++ features were sensible would benefit RIOT. So I thought I keep the seat warm until a real C++ nerd steps up and try to at least feel responsible to review PRs that improve C++ support.
