Contribution description
While attempting to test #20214, I didn't get any output. Long story short the DMA mappings for the UART are clearly incorrect.
I just added them and fixed it so I get output now...
Testing procedure
Before:
would not give any output, now it does.
One could try to test easy periph but I feel like reading the datasheet is the easiest test.
