This commit makes significant revisions to the Meetings page of the
Runbook:
* Update checklist for tasks we are doing now
* Better detail pre-meeting preparations:
* Choosing meeting topics
* Reusing presentations
* Hanging posters
* Update details on how to run a meeting:
* Add schedule of how we do things now
* Split format into presentation and general discussion
* Add some other thoughts of wisdom for future eboards
* Better detail post-meeting preparations:
* Cleans up / expands on existing content
