Noting that tests have failed due to bad TeX dependencies. Since this PR is for deprecation, I'm okay with merging even with failing tests. |

PACTA now lives in a new repo (https://github.com/RMI-PACTA/pactaverse) that covers all relevant steps of data preparation and analysis. The previously linked repository will be deprecated, see RMI-PACTA/PACTA_analysis#644
