Regression: Verification failed on vm_native.cpp:378

Reported by an user with the following details:

• Windows 8.1
• 8GB RAM (More than half available)
• Free space on C: 3.5G (Emulator on E: where's more space)
• Tested on logs.hpp: fix fatal typo #10311 and the build prior to Maintenance #10303, neither work

User managed to get it working by using an older build then updating to latest again, somehow it worked. Maybe it changed the rpcs3_vm file somehow. No idea how to reproduce this cleanly.
