[BCUS98152, BCES00173] Rendering issue: graphics pop-in, late rendering #14231
Comments
Log file shows the game dump is corrupted, needs a new log file with a valid dump Many settings non-default without explanation as to why they need to be changed, including settings that could cause the issue you're describing |
The game dump isn't corrupted, the game is looking for multiple paths in order to find files and even look for non-existent files that the developers left behind. The same behavior happens on the PlayStation 3, not game breaking.
The non-default settings were an attempt to fix the rendering issue, but that did not work. The exact same rendering issue happens with default settings. I can open another issue with default settings if that's really what you want. |
Someone else's video shows the exact same issue |
@AniLeo, I noticed that the last 5 issues you labeled as "need information" have not received responses from you. Could you please take a moment to review and address them, instead of inadvertently forgetting them ? Thank you. |
Still missing an updated log with default settings plus only what the game requires Regarding the files, our log verification ignores files that aren't supposed to be on the disc, it's checking against the known list of files in that game ID |
There you go : logs.zip
As he told you two times, the game runs as intended and the missing files were not included in the final release of the game or in subsequent updates. |
I'll take your word for it, that means the community generated IRD file for the disc is invalid then, which is rare but happens. That's what's used on bot log analysis to check if the missing files are actually on the released disc or not. |
I hear you. |
Quick summary
Graphics are randomly appearing and disappearing in the game even if they already rendered once.
Details
Video example of a wall rendering as I approach it : Streamable
The wall renders late and will keep rendering late at anytime in the game. It keeps repeating even if it has already rendered once.
Happens randomly and anywhere.
Same map played on a PlayStation 3 : Youtube
I used that example to illustrate the issue, but it occurs anywhere in the game and different users are also experiencing the same problem.
